1. Scope of Service

When you engage with Golden Axis Consulting, you are securing a one-hour, private, one-on-one virtual session. This session may take place via Zoom, Google Meet, or another secure video conferencing platform.
The session is a comprehensive exploration of your financial goals, investment mindset, and strategic outlook. Clients may be given the opportunity to extend the session beyond the original hour at a discounted hourly rate, to be agreed upon mutually during the call.
 

2. Educational Purpose Only

Golden Axis Consulting offers educational guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advisory services. Our purpose is to empower you with insights, tools, and frameworks for more informed decision-making. All actions taken by the client following our session are at their own discretion and risk.
 

3. Client Responsibility

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You understand that this is an educational service and you are solely responsible for the decisions you make after the consultation.
 

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Sessions are scheduled after purchase. You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule. Missed sessions without timely notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
 

5. Payments & Processing

All payments are processed via CopeCart. By purchasing our service, you also agree to CopeCart's terms and conditions, available on their website. CopeCart handles the payment process securely and reliably.
 

6. Ownership & Use of Materials

All templates, worksheets, and content shared with you during or after your session are proprietary to Golden Axis Consulting. You may use these tools for personal purposes only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Golden Axis Consulting shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of information presented during sessions. This includes financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse outcomes of any kind. The insights shared are based on professional experience and industry knowledge but do not guarantee any specific results.
